The Communities First Trust Fund provides small grants for community groups and voluntary organisations in Communities First areas.

Up until March of this year Sketty Park had qualified for a total of £5,000. We were however able to obtain a total of more than £8,000 for that period. The following groups benefited from grants last year: Sketty Park Community Centre, Sketty Park Short Mat Bowls, Parklands Residents Association, Parklands Evangelical Church, Pakistani Women’s Group, The Union of Congolese People Association, Iraqi Community Association in Swansea, Abertawe Photographic Society, Jesus to the Nations International Gospel Choir (J2TN), Filipino Community in Wales, and the African Community Centre.

This year, the amount available for Sketty Park is £10,000. If you think your group could benefit from a small grant, please contact Claire or Jason on 284740.
